I understand if you have no time or money. I've been a childcare provider and parent educator for 43 years. I also understand how badly you need to find your energy. I also know what it's like to be a young mom and 100 lbs. overweight. 

That's why I designed this tool for myself. I needed an easy way to keep track of my habits for a few days. It worked for me and when I saw how food really affected my energy and hunger it was so much easier to keep going in the right direction. that's why I'm offering it to you, some of my favorite people on the planet for free.

Nanci J Bradley is an early childhood and family educator, author, teacher, energy facilitator, family aerobics instructor and an all around fun loving person. She believes in the power of sleep, healthy eating, lifelong learning and most of all, PLAY! She studied early childhood ed at Triton College and received her BA in education in 1986 from NIU. She received her MA in human development from Pacific Oaks College in 2011. She lives and teaches in Madison, WI
