I thought I was destined to feel tired and never lose weight because I was always hungry. Then I discovered how to reset my metabolism and my life's never been the same.
Long story short, I lost over 100 lbs. and gained more energy than I thought was possible. At 45 I had way more energy than I did in my 20's. How could this be? My low carb high energy plan was too simple to be true. Plus I stopped being excessively hungry after only 3 days.
And I never gave up having fun with food!
