Overweight? Here's Why It Isn't Your Fault!


You've probably been told that "fat makes you fat" by so many people and doctors for so long that you believe it. Or you believe that fat clogs up your arteries and causes heart attacks. What if it's a myth and eating fat is a natural way to slow down the eating process at the end of a nutritious meal?

What if it's sugar and grains that cause weight gain and heart attacks? Cutting down on fat might just make us eat more of the things we shouldn't like white flour, processed grains and sugars.

That's how it was for me. I ate very low fat and exercised everyday on top of running a childcare business from my home. I could lose weight, but I couldn't keep if off because of hunger, cravings and emotional eating.

Then, I did some reading and decided to cut down on sugars and grains. It was a long slow process but I eventually learned a lot and found the foods that really make me feel energetic and satiated enough to control myself around the foods I used to crave.

So I lost 100 lbs. and have kept if off for over 12 years now.
