The Secret to Losing Weight Without Gaining It Back

About 80% of people who lose at least 10% of their body weight gain it all back. Why?


According to researcher Kevin Hall Ph.D. from The National Institute of Health in Bethesda MD,

it's because our appetites increase after weight loss and our metabolism slows down. It's almost like our bodies are very good at sabotaging our best efforts!


For women, it's even worse because our bodies constantly fight to put on enough weight to sustain a pregnancy through a period of starvation. Even when we're not pregnant. Or starving. We can thank our genes for that little zinger, but what can we do to counteract them and successfully lose weight and keep it off?


Well, guess what? It's possible to trick our genes and change that and I've figured out the secret! We can actually turn off that automatic hunger switch by forcing our bodies to burn fat instead of carbohydrates for energy. It happens when we cut way, way back on carbs while feeding our hungry bodies with lots of healthy fats and moderate amounts of protein.



I know this works because I've done it. I successfully lost over 100 lbs. over 12 years ago and

I've kept it off, too!


I'm extremely happy like this because I never have to skip dinners out or order things that I don't really want in restaurants. I can also have something sweet every single day and I don't have to feel guilty about it.
