3 Steps to End Your Out of Control Sugar Cravings For Good Without Living Like a Saint


This post tells exactly what I did to end my sugar cravings, gain tons of energy and lose 100 lbs. I've also managed to keep it off for well over 10 years. That's because I don't live like a saint. I enjoy myself. I go out to eat a lot and I'm always the one ordering the steak or the reuben with coleslaw. I love to travel and have no trouble sticking to my eating plan anywhere I go.

It took me a long time and lots of research to develop what I share here. I'm a teacher so I condensed everything and broke it down into steps to make it easier for you. You can see my before and after pics near the end of this article.

Step #1

The best way to get rid of your sugar cravings is to start from scratch. But before you do that, you need to learn about how certain foods affect your body by keeping track of your meals and how they make you feel. You can download your free printable Feeling and Eating Journal here.

Track yourself for a few days and you'll know a lot more about how foods affect you personally and which ones to avoid.

Step#2

Step #3

Once you've re-set yourself and you're ready to add some new foods to your system, you'll want to keep tracking how food makes you feel with the free printable. I wouldn't tell anyone to do something I haven't done myself. I can say for sure, though, that I 've been free of sugar cravings for at least 10 years now. It isn't hard to keep it up because I don't crave sugar. Ever.

I do, however, eat sweets, I just don't eat sugar or grains. I feel better at age 58 than I did at age 22 and I wouldn't give up feeling this good for any cupcake or donut in the world.
