Everybody needs to feel that they matter. Everybody needs to be heard. Yet we know that it's possible to feel completely alone in a room full of people. How could that be?
This winter we'll need to find ways to feel good about our family life. Even if it's not easy.
I've been writing about developing a cozy, loving family atmosphere using Hygge, the Danish art of feeling happy and content in the home, even (or especially) when the weather keeps us in. Last week I wrote about family communication, the week before about creating cozy areas such as reading nooks.
This week, I decided to make it even easier for you to feel closer to your family in a relaxed and positive way. I created a game you can play at the table while eating and a print out so you can play right away for free. I haven't decided on a name for the game yet so after reading it and trying it, maybe you can suggest something in the comments below.
Have a hyggelig time!
